MintResumes is currently in private beta. Access is by invitation only and limited to a maximum of 50 users at launch. By using MintResumes you confirm that you received access through an invitation from the MintResumes team.

We reserve the right to revoke access at any time during the beta period for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or capacity constraints.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to Software Access ($12), the Starter Bundle ($15), and all AI tailoring credit packs ($6, $16, $49).

We are in early access and our pricing reflects that. We strongly recommend using the free tier to evaluate the product before making any purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us — we are happy to hear feedback, but we cannot process refunds.

Credits are consumed as follows: 1 credit is deducted the first time you tailor a resume to a specific job. Re-tailoring individual sections or bullets for the same job is free. Running a full re-tailor of the same resume against the same job consumes 1 additional credit.

Credit expiry: Starter credits ($6) expire 12 months from purchase. Value credits ($16) expire 18 months from purchase. Power credits ($49) do not expire. Expired credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.

Credits are non-transferable and tied to the account used at purchase.

A one-time Software Access purchase ($12) grants lifetime access to the features described on the pricing page at the time of purchase: Job Tracker, resume versioning, folder organization, all current templates, and all future templates added to the platform.

"Lifetime" means for as long as MintResumes operates as a service. In the unlikely event that MintResumes shuts down permanently, no refund will be issued for Software Access purchases.

There is no public issue tracker during the private beta. All bugs, issues, and support requests must be submitted via email to support@mintresumes.app. Please include a clear description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it, and any relevant screenshots.

We aim to respond within 48 hours. Response times may be longer during high-volume periods.

MintResumes is a personal productivity tool for job seekers. You may not use it to:

• Generate resumes on behalf of others for commercial purposes
• Automate or script API requests beyond normal usage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
• Share your account credentials or resell access

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Your resume data is stored in Supabase (cloud database). We do not sell, share, or use your resume content to train AI models. AI tailoring requests are processed via Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI APIs — your data is subject to their respective data processing policies for API usage.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@mintresumes.app. Deletion will be completed within 7 business days.

MintResumes is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data preservation, or the accuracy of ATS scores or AI-generated suggestions. AI-tailored content should always be reviewed and edited by you before submission to any employer.

MintResumes is not responsible for any outcomes related to job applications made using content generated or modified by the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MintResumes after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email when possible.
